General Refund and Return Policy

Because each item is made to order especially for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Preferring a different color or design

• Accidental purchases

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, I'll make it right.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, I'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact me so I can work with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate and possible.

Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, please note that your order is made specifically for you after it is placed. As a made-to-order product, it is generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you remain entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
